Delivery Policy

Orders are printed on the 5th of each month. Orders received after that date are processed the following month unless 'Priority printing' is selected. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery after the printing date.

Orders with the 'Priority printing' option selected are sent to the printing lab within 24 hours of us receiving your order. Once the prints are ready they will be sent to you by recorded delivery. This process should take approximately 7 days but because the photographs are printed by an external lab we can not guarantee the delivery date.

You will be advised of all delivery charges (if any) prior to the checkout stage. We deliver to all destinations however, delivery to any Non-UK address will only be possible once PayPal are able to confirm your address, in some circumstances this could cause a short delay in processing your order. To minimise any delays, please ensure your delivery address is that same as your card's billing address. Deliveries outside of the UK are sent via courier, delivery times will be advised when selecting the delivery address.

Any orders sent via recorded delivery or courier are able to be tracked, your tracking reference will be sent to you along with the email informing you that your order has been shipped.

All orders placed with Greswolde Photography are subject to verification before being processed and/or filled. Any orders of questionable origin may be cancelled. Any orders of questionable status or origin may not be honoured and payment returned minus and banking charges we receive.

Refund and Returns Policy

All deliveries that have been damaged in transit but be signed and noted as damaged (if a signature is required). All damaged deliveries whether signed for or not must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching as it is sometimes impossible to record on film (or its digital equivalent) the exact colour of materials as seen by the human eye. All efforts will be made to ensure colour accuracy and therefore colour matching will be deemed correct at our discretion.

Each print is checked before it leaves our premises but in the unlikely event of the prints being unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue.

All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by us or any company working on our behalf for that order. In such cases, the customer will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available for "Priority printing" orders or orders being processed or that have already been processed.

Most orders on this site are not subject to the distance selling regulations as each print is made specifically to order, if a sale is covered by the distance selling regulations and is cancelled, the buyer is responsible for returning the goods to us at their own expense. We recommended an you insure the goods while in transit as goods not received or received damaged will not be refunded.
